This 38-year-old mother came to Dr. Carpenter unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen. She had had previous abdominal surgery and was wondering what could be done to improve her belly button, excess skin, and release painful adhesions associated with the scar. She underwent an abdominoplasty, and Dr. Carpenter removed excess skin, tightened the abdomen, and improved her belly button. She loves her results and even said that she is comfortable wearing a crop top!

This 31 year old female came in requesting an Abdominoplasty. She had 3 pregnancies, and in spite of exercising and controlling her weight, did not like the stretch marks and loose abdominal skin. She underwent abdominoplasty and bilateral flank liposuction. She was very happy and was excited to show her result on the website.

This 38-year-old woman approached me because, she reported, despite her rigorous exercise routines, she had been unable to improve the appearance of her post-pregnancy abdomen. Because she was ‘done having kids’ and ‘unhappy’ with the sagging excess skin, she requested an abdominoplasty.

This 49 year old female wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen. She had 3 pregnancies and lost approximately 60 lbs. with diet and exercise. Even with the weight loss and regular exercise she stated that she “hated her abdomen”. She underwent abdominoplasty and bilateral flank liposuction and had a significant improvement in her abdominal shape and contour.

This 45 year old female was tired of dealing with an indented scar in her lower abdomen following her multiple abdominal surgeries. She underwent abdominoplasty and bilateral flank liposuction to improve her abdominal contour and improve the appearance of her scar.

This 29 year old female came to Dr. Carpenter requesting an Abdominoplasty. She did not like the post pregnancy changes of her abdomen. She had an emergency c-section with her last pregnancy that left her with a vertical scar. She underwent abdominoplasty with bilateral flank liposuction and had a great result.

This 59-year-old female requested consideration for removal of her “shelf” in the lower abdomen. After a procedure including bilateral flank liposuction and an abdominoplasty, she reported happily that she was able to return to her hula-hoop classes.

This 41-year-old requested consideration for abdominal contour intervention after, she reports, she gained and lost the same 30 pounds 4 times in a 3-year span. She had tried diet and exercise, but was unfortunately unable to continue her routines due to a hip complication. She postoperatively reported that has had much better luck maintaining her abdominal contour.

This is a 46-year-old white female complaining of unacceptable abdominal contour. She initially scheduled the consult to discuss a mini abdominoplasty, but after several conversations and length discussions, she decided to go forward with a full abdominoplasty.
