This 58 year old female wanted to improve her neck and facial contour, without going under general anesthesia. She underwent the following under local anesthesia: SAFE Lift with placement of suspension sutures in the mid-face, jowl and under the neck. This re-suspended the mid-face and neck line and reduced the appearance of the sagging skin of her neck. She was pleased with her results.

This 89 year old female had a history of a previous mid-face lift and wanted to refresh the appearance of her face. She did not want to look like a 25 year old but wanted to improve the appearance of jowling and her neck. She did not want general anesthesia or a “full facelift”. She underwent SAFE Lift under local anesthesia. The SAFE Lift decreased the appearance of jowling and made a big difference in her neck and jaw line. She was very pleased with her results, which did not require general anesthesia or a long recovery.

This 57 year old female felt that the appearance of her neck and chin made her look older. She felt that this was a “family trait”. She wanted facial rejuvenation without general anesthesia and with minimal down time. She had a very demanding job and needed to minimize time off work. She underwent SAFE Lift under local anesthesia, submental liposuction, placement of suspension sutures in her neck and fat grafting of her tear troughs. The fat grafts in the tear troughs improved the “tired” look of her eyes, while the SAFE Lift greatly improved the appearance of her neck and jaw line. She was pleased with her results and was back to work within 3 days.
