This attractive 57 year old female came in seeking correction of the “heavy look” of her upper eyelids, bulging of her lower eyelids, and the jowls and sagging skin of her neck. She had excellent bone structure but had typical aging changes of her mid-face, mild jowling, and prominent platysmal bands in the neck. She underwent Endoscopic brow-lift, Facelift and lower eyelid blepharoplasties. She had an excellent result.
